Cooperations

We cooperate with the Brauakademie Zellerfeld in the Kunsthandwerkerhof and with the Research Center for Brewing and Food Quality at the Technical University of Munich.

The malts we use are donated by Mich. Weyermann® GmbH & Co. KG from Bamberg.

The hop extracts we use are provided by the company Yakima Chief Hops SA (European Sales, Mont-Saint-Guibert, Belgium) for research purposes.
